BROWNING'S COMPLETE POETICAL WORKS 1895
The entire body of Robert Browning's work was carefully condensed into this single volume: compiled in a chronological order with one or two exceptions, biographical introduction, portrait of Browning and a sketch of his home in Italy. Spine and corners are leather bound with marbled boards. Marbled pages front and back to match boards. Raised bands and tooled gilt decoration on the spine. Gold also on the top of the pages. The marbled paper on the cover shows some wear as does the edges of the leather. Published 1895 by Boston and New York Houghton Mifflin Company, The Riverside Press, Cambridge. 8 1/2"h x 6"d x 2 3/4"w
